After you click on the "Pay Now" button at the bottom of this screen, you will be brought to the screen pictured
below. You will then:
1)
Type in the amount to charge to your credit card and click "Update".
2) Click on "Don't have a PayPal account?" You DO NOT need to have a
PayPal account to use your credit card, and you can ignore all PayPal login screens (unless you have PayPal and would like
to use it).
