After you click on the "Pay Now" button at the bottom of this screen, you will be brought to the
screen pictured below. You will then:
1) Type in the amount that you are going to charge to your credit card and click "Update
Totals".
2) Click on the word
"Continue". You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to use your credit card. Ignore all PayPal
login screens.
