PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Simmons College is accessible by the MBTA. You can take the E line
(Heath Street) to the Museum stop or the D line to the Fenway stop. Simmons is a five minute walk from the Museum stop
and a 10-15 minute walk from the Fenway stop.
PARKING:
Parking is in the underground garage off of Avenue Louis Pasteur in
the School of Management building (No. 6 on the map).
The
cost is $12 for the day with validation; (the cost WITHOUT VALIDATION is $50). Overnight parking is
available for an additional $12; the new day starts at midnight.
You will receive a white ticket from the machine when entering. At the Registration Desk you need to pick up
a yellow ticket (this is considered your validation). You must present BOTH tickets when leaving the garage.
Also, you MUST pay with a credit card to leave. Cash is not accepted!
LUNCH:
Lunch may be purchased at the Simmons College campus food court
and at nearby restaurants.
EVENT
TICKETS:
The Registration Committee will be meeting next on 5/22/10 to process registrations.
You should expect your tickets in the mail soon after that. If you have an outstanding debt, your tickets will be held
at the Registration Desk where you can pay your outstanding balance and pick them up on the days of the conference.
We will contact you through email to inform you of any outstanding balance.
If you have received your tickets, you DO NOT need to check-in at the Registration Desk. Institute
and Workshop room assignments will be posted near the Registration Desk.
LODGING
AT SIMMONS COLLEGE:
For those who have registered
to lodge at Simmons College, check-in will be at the Bell Desk in Evans Hall (No. 7 on the map), where you will be given an
access card and room key to your room in the Dix Hall Dormitory (No. 8 on the map).
